New and need your trade advise bad

I’m in a 12 team dynasty league. We are going into the third year. We keep 17 players and have a 3 round draft coming up next week. I have the first pick of each round. We start 1 QB,2RB,3WR,1TE,1K,1DEF.

 

Offer #1 my pick 1.1 for pick 1.4 and Roy Williams

 

Offer #2 My picks 2.1,3.1 & Jason Witten FOR picks 1.5 & 3.5

 

Offer #3 My picks 2.1,3.1 & Witten FOR pick 1.5 & Nate Burleson

 

Do any of these offers excite you at all?

QB Hasselbeck & Palmer

RB Travis Henry, Larry Johnson, Thomas Jones & Warrick Dunn

WR Randy Moss, Muhammad, Jurevicius, Lelie, Glenn & Chatman

TE Heap & Witten

K & DEF doesn’t really matter

 

 

I know I need help at WR so offer #1 would give me that and I could still get White/Addai/Maroney, but I don't know if I want to lose out on Bush.

 

 

What would you do?

In a dynasty, I wouldn't trade Bush. I think he'll be a superstud.

 

I would do offers #2 and #3. At 1.5 you could get a potential stud. Witten is your backup TE, so not much lost there.

 

I'd probably prefer offer #3 over #2 though. I think the chances of Burleson being good are better than the chances of whoever you get with pick #3.5.

hmmm i actually like trade 1.... im not big on bush.... i dont think he will ever be a workhorse back in the nfl... was he ever in college? no and these rnt your typical college defenses.

 

however i would only do the first trade if u think u can get D.Williams at 1.4 which might not happen

 

 

option 3 isnt bad either

for what its worth Darrell Jackson is out until at least the 3rd preseason game and Hackett is out with an injury(nfl.com).

I do #3 for sure over # 2because burleson is better than any 3rd round rookie and plus ur getting one of the 5 rbs so that will help your team alot in the future

Personally, I would take option #3 and run with it. You will get Bush, and possibly another rookie Rb like Addai, Maroney, White, or DeAngelo Williams. That sets you on RB for a very, very long time, and a potentially decent bench warmer in Burleson, at the cost of a back up TE and a couple rooks you have no clue who will be, or what they will do.
