What is Trading from #3 overall to #7 overall worth

Just to get the facts straight this is a league that allows 1 keeper that was drafted after the 6th round or a free agent pickup from throughout the year from the previous year. I have no players that I am keeping so I will get a pick in the 7th round this year. My trade partner does have a keeper so will lose nothing by trading down in the 7th round because he will forfeit the pick by his keeper. This is a 10 team, 2 quarterback league. Larry Johnson is the only potential first rounded that will likely be kept by a team from last year.

I get 1.7, 2.4, 4.1 and 7.3 (which he will not be needing anyway)

He gets 1.3, 2.8, 4.5 and 7.9

 

I am trading up 4 spots in the 4th round and 6 spots in the 7th round to swap 1st and 2nd round draft positions.

 

Is this a good trade?
