I personally would go with Brown since he has far more upside, but Jordan may be a safer pick. Really outside the top 3 imo, the differences in immediate value aren't that much in the top 10 RBs, they are all going to have good years barring injury and you are just hoping that the one you pick will pop and win it for you.
