transactions allowed during preseason?

I need to make some changes, and that functionis disabled during the preseason. Is that the rule?

Transactions don't start until after the first weekend of games.

Turns out the league's founder, Jackal, made a waiver move yesterday. Given his roots he should know better, and maybe he does.

 

Others should also have the opportunity if they so desire. Knock yourselves out.

just a headsup. I made an add drop move over at the aol site which it allowed, but now reading here. I'm not so sure I was supposed to be allowed to do that. please let me know if there is anything I need to do to rectify this situation.
