Argh, trade dilemmas with Shaun Alexander.. Help me think it through!

I'm 7-1 despite having Shaun Alexander doing nothing almost the entire season as my #2 pick.

 

I have 4 decent RBs (Shaun, Kevin Jones, Chester Taylor, Thomas Jones) but my WRs are not as great (Torry Holt, Chris Chambers, Doug Gabriel, Reggie Brown, Chris Henry).

 

I'd love to make a move and get a WR upgrade for one of my RBs. (we play 2 RBs, 3 WRs).

 

I can't decide if I want to take the risk that Shaun will be good and give away Kevin Jones for someone like Plaxico Burress-area. Or should I want to see how Shaun does next week and if he does great, use him to trade for an even better WR?

 

I feel like I'm missing an opportunity. Then again I'm 7-1 and don't want to nosedive with the wrong choice.

 

What would be the minimum level of WR to try and get for Shaun Alexander? How about Kevin Jones?
