edjr 5,547 Posted November 16, 2006 Fantasy? Ravens all the way. They were the 7th defense drafted in my league and the second highest scoring defense. They were horrible last year, scoring 97 for the entire year in my league. They scored 25 and 23 the 1st 2 weeks, without them I would have started 0 - 2, instead of 2 - 0 Bears 115 Ravens 114 Vikings
Kingstowne Dealers 14 Posted November 16, 2006 The Vikings definetly so far. I think Miami is starting to raise some eyebrows.

They had alot of injuries last season, but they were still an obvious choice going into this year as being one of the best defenses in the league.

aportanenko 0 Posted November 16, 2006 They are still available in all my leagues, I dunno if they are gonna keep this up it may just be the defensive tds they've lucked into but OAKLAND is up there guys. I keep waiting for them to drop but maybe the spawn of Buddy Ryan is onto something.

They have been pretty dam good up till last week. 17 pts a week in a few leagues that I know of. That is pretty good.
EndAround 0 Posted November 16, 2006 Washington and Indy - both ranked bottom 5 in my league (WAS is dead last) Both were drafted as primary D's (12 team league). Both were dropped by week 4.
War Ensemble 0 Posted November 16, 2006 Oakland. Ranked 12th defense in my money/keeper league. Too bad their offense sucks so damn bad.
zaurg 0 Posted November 16, 2006 Biggest surprise in our league is Carolina being ranked 23rd in fantasy defense. I don't really see any surprises in the top
NMK 0 Posted November 16, 2006 you guys kidding me? (although I guess all leagues score differently) Denver is ranked 5th in my league. I'm pretty sure nobody had them that high.
What is the deal? 1 Posted November 16, 2006 Miami has an awesome schedule coming up, when it's all said and done they will be the biggest surprise
jdizel 0 Posted November 17, 2006 Miami has an awesome schedule coming up, when it's all said and done they will be the biggest surprise Miami has been good the last couple of weeks, let's see if they can keep it up. Here's the top 10 in my league: 1. Bears 2. Ravens 3. Chargers 4. Seahawks 5. Eagles 6. Vikings 7. Packers 8. Steelers 9. Giants 10. Falcons
big D 0 Posted November 17, 2006 you guys kidding me? (although I guess all leagues score differently) Denver is ranked 5th in my league. I'm pretty sure nobody had them that high. I had them ranked 3rd behind Chicago and Jax. They were very good last year. I knew that the added depth on the D-line and the 3 rookie CBs from '05 would improve greatly. I was shocked to see them ranked 10th or worse on most cheatsheets.
benbadman 0 Posted November 17, 2006 I say Minnesota 0 points in week 10. a guy in my league lost because he played Minn-D over Carolina D.. kinda retarded, id never bench julius peppers, i mean the Carolina D chicago D was my 6.02 pick (52nd overall) and im pretty happy with it, won me a few games
