Favorite Candy Bar?

Recommended Posts

First, I rarely eat candy bars.

That said, yesterday some friends were over and one of them busted out some Look bars.

I'd never heard of a Look bar before.

http://www.oldtimecandy.com/look.htm

YUM!!!!

I can't believe I never ate one of these.

My favorite has to be the 100 Grand, but I am irritated by it because it used to be called the $100,000 bar.

The Hersheys Dark + Almonds is tasty as well.

What's your favorite? Ever had a Look bar? Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I rarely eat candy bars as well, but I don't see how you can ever go wrong with a Butterfinger. Gotta be the best there is.

Also, not a candy bar, but I have a passion for Junior Mints. Tell me those aren't the best things ever. And tell me you didn't just think about the Seinfeld episode.

Who's gonna turn down a Junior Mint? It's chocolate, it's peppermint-- it's *delicious*!

missed that one. very educational.

I have decided that Look bars are rapidly climbing up my list. Chocolate covered nougat with peanuts - and it's pretty good chocolate, not the dreck in many candybars these days. Very very tasty. Just ate the other half of mine and it just felt right - one of those great combinations.

I'd also like to toss out a kudo to our friend, the Reces peanut butter cup. The original. Thank you.

The Heath bar.

Dig 'em, but I like the skor http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skor better..dunno why - they're almost identical.

I make ice cream from time to time and vanilla Skor bar is one of my best recipies. couple skor and a hammer and I'm good to GO!

The Heath bar.

I had one of these for the first time a couple weeks ago. It was the worst candy bar Ive ever had, tasted like eating a chocolate-covered cigarette

1st off....my favorite candy bars don't taste as good as they used to; :nono: Of course many of the ingredients have changed since the 60's when I ate them the most. Yet simply because of the "recipe" they're still my favorites.

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

Snickers

Mr. Goodbar

Butterfinger

Almond Joy / Mounds

Peanut M&M's

60's......

Marathon Bar

Clark Bar
