And the 3 point win looked close because of missed foul shots and getting a little lazy with a 16 and then 10 point lead down the stretch. But UW dominated that game for the most part... Nice flurry in the last 2 minutes for osu but the game wasn't that close. It's amazing that the Badgers could play that poorly and still win Just goes to show how good they are. Don't even give me this crap. The entire country crowned Ohio State's asses before the season even tipped off. Their ranking was not deserverd. It's a talented Ohio State team, but it's a young Ohio State team. Wisconsin is a deep, experienced group, and should not have been ranked below Ohio State from the outset. Yeah, I'm defensive. You start off with 'focking' 'baby' and 'puzzay', yet I'm defensive. You came to this thread, a thread where Badger fans would post, and downplayed the win. Ohio State is the greatest thing since sliced bread, which everyone would have you believe so far this season. Or they are what they are. A talented, but young, inexperienced team that was probably ranked too high based on that. The point again is, as I said from the very beginnig of the season and frankly, right in this post. Ohio State is very talented. Ohio State is very young. Wisconsin is deep, talented, and EXPERIENCED. Hence, Ohio State should not have been ranked ahead of Wisconsin in any preseason poll. JT 137 Posted January 10, 2007 Oden's going to continue to have trouble with teams that have agile big guys that can play away from the basket, just as he did with Florida. It shows the differences between the pro and collegiate games. I believe the guy will do better in the NBA, where he'll be able to anchor himself against an opponent in the low blocks, than in college, where most of the big guys are actually NBA 3's and 4's. The scarcity of true big men, added to the fact that the other true bigs he should be playing against are either on NBA benches or in Europe, really makes him stick out like a sore thumb. bob_probert_2000 1 Posted January 10, 2007 As one of the biggest OSU fans around, I said about a month ago this team was way overrated and totally based on potential not merit.
