I guess we have different definitions of open, but I believe that down by 3 with 2 seconds left needing a 3 and only a 3 to survive, getting a wide open shot off with no hands in your face would be "open". I'm amazed by the poise of the Buckeyes to execute that play in that situation. On the Oden push, that should've been a flagrant foul. But the referees also swallowed the whistle when Lighty got tripped up just before that push. And we got to see an exciting finish, so I'm not complaining.
