Giants Fan 85 Posted April 6, 2007 I like: Mushrooms, and some good Extra Sharp Chedar. Spinach is good too. Onions ... in an omlette ... maybe diced real fine ... but otherwise don't do it. Parmesan. Fresh pepper. Also, roasted asparagus buds ... good in an omlet. Maybe some "Ricotta", or on the West coast some Queso Fresca and fresh salsa. Yum. Right? Mushrooms, cheese and eggs ...
