Does the "media" realize incidents like yesterday are partly their fault?

The "media" doesn't give a fock. They're all about news & ratings at all costs. "If it's news today, run with it....who cares about the ramifications of tomorrow or the destruction we leave in our wake"

That's my point.

 

Because they make it a POINT to tell us how many people were killed, the next wacko that tries this is going to try and kill more.

I hardly think a redundant headline like that would get past numerous editors and make it into the newspaper or on TV.

Why are the 911 numbers so impotrtant? Bush reminds us everyday. HEADLINE...A couple of buildings collapsed and a few people were killed today. :thumbsup:

After Columbine, Time's cover had the two shooters in the middle of the cover (larger pictures) surrounded by much smaller pictures of the victims....that always disgusted me. The two shooters were the predominant focus of the magazine cover.
