The Moose 0 Posted April 28, 2007 I know not to question A.J. Smith, especially after the job he did with trading down to take LT and Brees as well as getting the best of the Phillip Rivers/Eli Manning trade, but these two Chargers picks are both very questionable. JScott 20 Posted April 28, 2007 I think I like the second round better than the first. There seems to always be a bunch of trading. Can never tell who's really on the clock and who's not. Plus there's always 1st round talent available

UncleHulka 0 Posted April 28, 2007 I like NFLN's coverage, and all... but if I see one more Fathead commercial, I might spontaneously combust. It wouldn't hurt them to find a few more sponsers would it?

I like Weddle, and I can understand trading up to get him to fill such a glaring hole in their defense. But why didn't they just take him at 30? Davis might have been there at the end of the second. I can only speculate that A.J. Smith fell in love with Craig Davis.
