Not the best place for Turner either as Coughlin will bring in Jacobs at the goal line. He's going to be Tiki part 2 but not as good a receiver.

What was the point of Droughns coming over then?

For what it's worth, I'm not going to believe this until it is reported in the mainstream. Mike Williams was also supposedly a Titan earlier today...........

Sorry, you're right. I didn't realize. It's late. I'm tired. The Packers reached for everyone of their picks except Rouse. I'm pissed.

The FF world has changed. We can no longer go RB, RB in the first 2 rounds. There just aren't enough RB's that are not in RBBC anymore to make it a viable strategy. Now, a FT RB from the first round is all you can hope for and WR's and QB's have to jump up your draft board. I may go WR in the first 3 rounds next year and then a QB. Then, a bunch of goal line backs.

I'm too tired for this $hit. Anyone ran this by Snopes yet

It's bogus. If there had been any truth to it, we'd know by now.

This link is Acee's actual report this morning. Turner isn't going anywhere...at least just yet.

The Tennessee Titans were incessant in their pursuit of Michael Turner during yesterday's first round, sources said, but never rose to offer a first-round pick.
It became obvious to us they weren't willing to move (Turner),” Tennessee coach Jeff Fisher told the media in Tennessee. “They wanted the assurance of knowing they had a backup to LaDainian Tomlinson this year. I think that's the bottom line.”

Looks to me that Fisher thought that A.J. Smith would be happy just to trade first rounders (that was yesterday morning's rumor). What a douche.

Here's to Chris Henry never starting a game.
