Used to be called Sun Tea ... in Arizona ... when I was a kid, and this time of year, you see people fill up containers with hot waater, add tea bags, and leave it on the porch. Get a good steap. That's real Arizona "Sun" tea. Solar tea. Was 108 the other day. So, yeah I'm doing Green Tea again, this year. Real sugar. I haven't really measured anything, but I'd bet I have about the sugar equivalent to one can of soda per gallon, so even if the anti-oxidants aren't helping ... it's better than drinking soda.
