Apple is the most hypocritical company in the world. Well, maybe its Apple supporters that are hypocritical. They cry about microsoft not having open source etc and making deals with computer manifacturers. But then Apple makes its products ONLY compatible with iTunes, ONLY compatible with special wires (instead of standard USB), and oh by the way... you cant replace the battery yourself. I thought they would have learned their lesson from all the complaints they got on iPods. Guess not.

Don't forget about the $29.99 fee for a loaner phone while your's is having its battery replaced.

 

All told, replacement fee, shipping and loaner phone you are talking about over $100 to replace the battery on your cell phone.
