Gas prices are falling.

Recommended Posts

I paid 2.69 this morning.

I think there is a gas station not to far from me that might even be 2 or 3 cents cheaper. I'll have to check on that.

What are you paying now?

$2.59

:dunno:

Yesterday, anyway. It's up to $2.65 this morning. Weird thing is that across the river in Kentucky, it's around $2.90

$3.10, which is pretty cheap for the bay area.

I've seen 3.00 in some ghetto-er places in oakland.

But its not worth getting out of my car in those places just to save a few bucks.

I paid $3.11 for focking desiel this morning. :dunno: Focking DESIEL!

There is no way desiel should ever be more than gas. It takes half as much work to refine that crap.

BTW gas is $2.90

I'm not sure but they did say that the oil prices were actually going up but that the price at the pump was going down. They said it was due to the oil refineries now being fixed.

Oil closed at a record high and gas prices are coming down. The jump in gas prices, that occur every spring, are due mostly to the number of "designer blends" the refineries have to produce for the summer. This causes downtime to convert from one to the other, reducing production and driving up the price.

Thank your local eco-nuts.
