SuperSteelers 1 Posted September 17, 2007 I know its only week 2 but I wanted to know who the steal of your drafts were thus far. This does not mean yourself I am talking about your entire league. Someone in my league drafted Jake Delhomme in the 14th rd. He has played well two weeks in a row however this guy in my league that drafted him is 0-2. I am not give him my praises until he wins a game! The worst pick of my draft.....Jerious Norwood 5th rd....what the F*ck was I thinking!

With the 160th and final pick of the draft, Ron Mexico's Puppy Farm takes....Wes Welker, WR New England Unfortunately he's on my bench both weeks "just to see what he does first", and I'm riding MJD to an Berrian to 0-2 after starting 7-0 last year

eagles114 0 Posted September 17, 2007 I took Eli in the 11th round, now the first week it was absolutely amazing until he got injured. But if he comes back healthy maybe just maybe he could be the steal of the draft

Uh-huh 0 Posted September 17, 2007 Randy Moss in the 6th and Lamont Jordon (leading rb ff points in my league) in the 9th Before someone else brings it up, I take it you drafted those 2 in a league other than the one your sig team plays in, right?
Meltz 0 Posted September 17, 2007 Picking up Plaxico in the 5th round was a steal for me - glad I decided to start him instead of Branch (who I grabbed in round 4)! Ben Watson in the 8th was a minor one as well.

nategraduates 0 Posted September 17, 2007 Edgerrin James in the 6th round of a 10-man league. Will probably produce like a top 10 RB this year.

Mangatang 0 Posted September 17, 2007 Edgerrin James in the 6th round of a 10-man league. Will probably produce like a top 10 RB this year. 6th?!? He went 1st round in my league. Also, I wish Moss would have fell to 4th round (where I planned on drafting him), but someone got him in mid 3rd.

Redstone 0 Posted September 17, 2007 6th?!? He went 1st round in my league. Also, I wish Moss would have fell to 4th round (where I planned on drafting him), but someone got him in mid 3rd. Moss went in the 6th round in my draft. The jury is still out but my 3rd RB pick in the 7th round was J. Lewis. Of course I sat him after the week one preformance. CookieG 4 Posted September 17, 2007 Minn D/ST for $1 is outperforming most other D/STs in my league.. but the usual max. for a D/St is $2 in my league.. The CHI owner spent $5 on them.. and even with Mr. Hester.. that's a little nuts. Can't say a $1 D is any kind've steal though. Got Brady for nice deal ($15).. Juries really still out on the rest. A. Peterson didn't come cheap for a rookie, high upside #3 RB ($10).. but he's looking very good thus far, but it's a long season. My bad things were not drafting either a) an explosive RB.. although i have hopes for AD and an explosive WR.. but they cost $$.. and of course, blowing $18 on Brandon Jacobs. Andre Johnson for $3, Moss for $10 and Romo for about the same stand out early as absolute steals of my league thus far.

gocolts 300 Posted September 17, 2007 Lamont Jordan in the very late rounds for me. Nobody wanted to touch him with Rhodes in the picture.
HenryChinaski 1 Posted September 17, 2007 Redraft 12 teams (2-0) (drafted from the 5 slot) (distance scoring - no PPR) Tony Romo (6.8) Steve Smith (3.5) Before anyone asks some stupid question - Yes it is a VERY HEAVY RB league, because you can start up to 3 RBs. Steve Smith was the 2nd WR off of the board, with TO going 2 picks before.

Jarvis Basnight 119 Posted September 17, 2007 after tonight i'm hoping it's blatantly obvious that getting Portis at 6.1 in a 10 teamer was the SOD.

jgcrawfish 232 Posted September 17, 2007 10 man league...3rd pick overall... 2.08 Steve Smith 3.03 Edge James 4.08 Roy Williams 5.03 Antonio Gates 6.08 Lamont Jordan 7.03 Donald Driver 8.08 John Kitna (last starting QB picked) 10.08 Kevin Curtis 15.03 Matt Schaub I got Addai at 1.03 and he's at least earning his worth. Only disappointments so far are Brandon Jackson, Dolphins D, DJ Hackett (who I dropped instantly for Wes Welker), and Bo Scaife
