10.8 Serial killer (non-political leader) - Pedro Alonso Lopez.

This one took some studying. He killed the most people for a serial killer on record...serial killer style. There's been more prolific killers but they were in contexts where they didn't have to hunt. Nazi concentration camp leader Adolf Eichmann is an example of someone who seemed to have the impulse but found himself in a context where he didn't have to plot much, and thousands died at his hands. Lopez hunted 300+ victims.

Can you edit out the last sentance (like I did above) to prevent name dropping?

No Eve, no name dropping...you run a tight ship.

(don't think any geek's ego would allow him to use a chick's tip off for a pick..:overhead:)

I blieve it is my pick. Are we waiting on somebody to re-pick or make up a pick? Let me know, 'cause I'm ready to pick.

Michel de Nostredame-thinker

You a$$lamps may know him better as Nostradamus...he predicted stuff. :overhead:

Like this: Hitler

Beasts ferocious with hunger will cross the rivers,

The greater part of the battlefield will be against Hister.

Into a cage of iron will the great one be drawn,

When the child of Germany observes nothing.

And this: 9/11

In the City of God there will be a great thunder,

Two Brothers torn apart by Chaos,

While the fortress endures, the great leader will succumb.

The third big war will begin when the big city is burning.

The dude was probably hopped up on all kinds of stuff while "predicting" things, but it makes for interesting conversation at the least.

11.01 Beatrix Kiddo - Best action character in a film

Uma Thurman from Kill Bill Volume I and Kill Bill Volume II. The scenes vs the Crazy 88's were fantastic. Throw in the escape from a buried coffin....hey, who else will dare to take a female action character. Go fock yourselves.

Terry Bradshaw-QB

A great team around him, given, but he still won 4 Super Bowls.

You have to put at least 1 Steeler (other than Maddox) on any "Greatest" list!

10.4 Drew Bledsoe - Writer/poet/bard/storyteller

I really enjoy his work at TonyHomo.com. It's a quality blog written by a quality writer.

You guys see, this is why I am winning this draft. I haven't bothered taking a QB yet, but if whomever I pick there goes down with a knee injury then I have a backup.

My first ever fantasy football pick. :first: The year he sprained his shoulder. :overhead:

Still made the playoffs though

11.5 Elizabeth Taylor - Hot Actress

Though I'm not a guy, I actually think there were hotter and I was debating if Greatest All Time -hottest...means great hotness, or hot and great. So Elizabeth Taylor was considered extremely hot, enough to contend on that point alone, but she also hits great on the note that of all the bombshells, her acting talent was lauded and she was Oscar winning caliber.

11.12 - Ivan IV of Russia, AKA Ivan the Terrible, ass hole/scumbag

Ivan IV of Russia, also know as Ivan the Terrible, was the Grand Duke of Muscovy from 1533 to 1547 and was the first ruler of Russia to assume the title of Tsar. In 1570, Ivan was under the belief that the elite of the city of Novgorod planned to defect to Poland, and led an army to stop them on January 2. Ivan’s soldiers built walls around the perimeter of the city in order to prevent the people of the city escaping. Between 500 and 1000 people were gathered every day by the troops, then tortured and killed in front of Ivan and his son. In 1581, Ivan beat his pregnant daughter-in-law for wearing immodest clothing, causing a miscarriage. His son, also named Ivan, upon learning of this, engaged in a heated argument with his father, which resulted in Ivan striking his son in the head with his pointed staff, causing his son’s (accidental) death.

12.1 - Thug Behram, Serial Killer

Thug Behram was an Indian who has committed or at least been a part of around 931 homicides. His method of murdering was strangulation using a “rumal” (a large handkerchief) used by his cult. Thug’s 40-year infamous “career” was brought to an end by the British in 1840 by hanging.
