Is there a way to delete the players from the draft that have already been kept?

Yes! Before the draft begins, set it up with the players who have been kept. It will display those players on the proper teams and you're ready to roll with only available players listed.

Yes, what you want to do is add the keepers once you've hit the Draft Buddy side of things (after calculating your cheatsheets in the Compiler). Two ways to do this depending on your league:

 

1. Set number of keepers per team, no cost of keeping them - Enter the kept players under each team on the keepers tab.

 

or

 

2. Players are kept at the option of each team, and cost a draft pick somewhere in the draft - Bypass the keepers tab and enter the keepers before hand in the appropriate draft spots on the draft input tab. This way you avoid having to try and set up the draft input tab with different number of picks each round.
