ESPN fantasy league

Moved to ESPN from CBS.

During the draft will I (as the commish) have the ability to pause the draft?

thanks

Why did you move? $12.50 per team is to much money? Or was it the principal of the matter? You can pause the draft in CBS.

My league has moved from Fanball to ESPN. Fanball cost $70...which isn't bad, and overall they had a decent product. But why even pay $70 when ESPN does all the same stuff for free?

Anyway, I'm interested to hear what others think about ESPN. From what I've heard, it's actually a pretty good site.

One question I have: is it possible to hold a slow draft, one without time limits during the draft? It doesn't look like this is possible, but maybe someone else has figured out a way around this.

The only options for time limit is that you can set the pick time limit to 30, 60, 90, or 120 seconds. And yes you can pause the draft.

We use ESPN, but we draft through AIM and the commish puts the picks in. I never really thought about why we do it that way, but either there is a pretty long time limit or he can pause it because some picks have taken a while.

eta: Maybe we have always had a guy drafting over the phone and that is why we did it this way.

Principal and why pay for something you can get for free. Also it isn't really 12.50/team it is 180 (or whatever) out of the prize pool

No way to do a slow draft, but you can probably do the draft elsewhere and move it over.

Cool thanks.
