Worst fantasy week ever

Recommended Posts

started Garrard over Hasselbeck

started Thomas Jones over Bradshaw(i started last week)

started Garcon over housh (who i started every week but this one)

scored my all time low, 57.54 points in decimal scoring :music_guitarred:

I guess I can be happy that Hasselbeck/Housh look really good when not hurt and Bradshaw looked really good too.

Deangelo Williams

Donald Brown

Randy Moss

Calvin Johnson

Dustin Keller

I could have played Jamal, Marshawn, and Manningham, but it wouldn't have helped much.

I started MSW and lost by 7. If I heard the news a few hours earlier I would have started Kevin Smith at the flex instead and won.

I started Favre instead of Hasselbeck, Steve Smith(NY) over Nate Burleson, plus I had Braylon and Marshawn Lynch on the bench.

I thought i was in for a dismal week. Byes forced me to start T. Choice, B. Edwards, AND J. Maclin!!! I now own the season high in points for my league with a big 231 :overhead: :headbanger: :music_guitarred:  :pointstosky:

Oh yeah, brother - I feel your pain!

I started B. Jacobs over A. Bradshaw.

"Ditto" for W. McGahee over M. Turner. That is a 48-f'ing point differential at the RB position, in one week!!! ;)

Oh - and one team I kept G. Olsen as my TE - knowing he'd put up a "0." That team lost by 7; I was considering going with NE TE B. Watson - who just happened to score 7 points, and I could have tied, instead of lost the week... :wall:

Am I missing something or did you willingly play Olsen who was on a bye instead of putting Watson in? If this is the case WHY?

Sounds like Watson was on the WW and he didn't want to drop someone to get him.

I did the same thing. Wasn't worth dropping any WR/RB depth for a bye-week TE, so I rolled with Olsen and took the 0. Lost the game, but no TE on the WW would have made up the difference.

Derek Anderson

MJD

Fred Jackson

Sims-Walker

Bernard Berrian

Kevin Walter

Garcon

Burleson

Steve Heiden

NYJ DST

Nedney

I scored 43.5 points and lost by 73. To make matters worse, I was undefeated going into the match and was playing against an opponent that was winless. If Burleson hadn't had his huge game I may have scored only 21 points

Starting Garrard, MJD & Mason led me to the lowest fantasy score I've had in my 14 years in my 12 team redraft league. I only got ONE TD (Welker)...while I had Hasselbeck & Bradshaw on my bench

McGahee over Bradshaw = tough luck.

McGahee over Ronnie Brown = you got what you deserved.

Yeah I didnt start mcgahee in the first 3 weeks and didnt want to miss out on anymore touchdowns. (we're a big td league) Besides where was that great Jets d on Monday night? This week I am hoping to make the right call with Bradshaw over mcgahee with brown on a bye.

I THOUGHT I was in for my worst fantasy week of the year because of bad planning on the bye weeks:

Schaub

G Coffee

A Bradshaw

J Maclin

H Nicks

M Massaquoi

Keller

N Folk

Buffalo

Turns out I had my best week of the season. Talk about throwing darts
