PATSSOX 22 Posted November 7, 2009 OK i know it is only week 9 but i figured we could get the discussion started. Who is gonna win the week 10 Sunday night show down This week both teams get tough matchups at home. The undefeated Colts(7-0) host a tough Houston(5-3) team. Colts have taken some hits on the defensive side of ball. It will be interesting to see how Schuab and company do against them. The PATS(5-2) lead the AFC EAST and host the Dolphins(3-4). Will the Dolphins WILDCAT offense run over the PATS like it did last year?? I dont think the PATS will let that happen again especially having the whole bye week to prepare for it. Before their bye week Brady and company looked to be getting their timing back. The first 6 weeks Brady did not look anything like the Brady we have seen in the past but he and Moss finally started to get on same page. Peyton and the Colts have been playing very well all season and are one of the early Super Bowl favorites. The winner of this matchup should become the favorite in the AFC my prediction the PATS 28-

ed_jones 0 Posted November 7, 2009 I voted for the Colts but I think the real winner is all of us. Sunday night football, Colts vs. Pats, Manning vs. Brady! Gonna be an awesome game.
jgcrawfish 232 Posted November 7, 2009 i voted for the Colts because they're not coached by Belicheat and their fans are a lot less obnoxious than you Pats focktards...
BirdBradyBobbyOrr 0 Posted November 7, 2009 I truly respect Peyton Manning and the Colts and I know I've made some bad predictions this year. See the Jets and Broncos game. But I see two major factors that lead to a strong Patriots win. The return of a healthy Jerod Mayo and Tom Brady. Our best players on both sides of the ball seem to have returned to top form. Mayo was out for the Jets and Broncos game. The injuries to the Indy secondary. No way can Indy keep up with the Pats offense in this game. The Pats will let Indy try to run, because Indy can't run this year, and will shut the pass down. The Pats are one of the few teams that can play an honest 6/7 in the box and stop the run. Indy is just too decimated and it's going to be a serious advantage for the Pats. If Indy had all of their secondary in tact it might be a different story, especially taking into account that it's in Indy and Peyton is playing what I consider the best football of his career. Even better than the Super Bowl season. Pats 30-Indy

mzf5c5 0 Posted November 7, 2009 I voted for the Colts. I think the Pats are misunderstanding who has been starting in the secondary, which I am all for! Something I don't think the Pats will be ready for, Colts are blitzing now. Freeney is knocking Brady around all day.
WhiteWonder 2,734 Posted November 7, 2009 Ill take the Colts with the homefield advantage. Colts fans.... how frustrating is Bob Sanders? Dude is so physically gifted yet can't stay healthy. Is it to the point where you pretend he isn't on the team so its just a nice little bonus when he plays 2 or 3 games each year?

As long its a shootout and Brady and Moss have big days and help my fantasy team i wont be toooooo disappointed So they just better have a shootout and WIN If the PATS O-line can keep Frenney and others away from Brady we will be OK but if they get to Brady it might be a very tough game. I think its going to be up to Brady and Mannings arms and the running games wont be much of factor.

Is it to the point where you pretend he isn't on the team so its just a nice little bonus when he plays 2 or 3 games each year? Yes, it is getting very, very frustrating and knowing our luck, they will cut him and some other team will get him and he will never get hurt again and be a stud. As far as a running game, to be honest, I think Brown would have a nice game against the Pats. I don't think they can stop him. Addai, yes, Brown...Well, I think he could really put up some points. So I am glad to see he is back early.

Even better than the Super Bowl season. Pats 30-Indy 17 Dude I wish you were more informed before you speak. The Colts pass DEF has been extremely stout this year and last, in which Bob Sanders hasn't been much of a factor either season. Our 2 rookie CBs (Powers and Lacey) have played LIGHTS OUT this year. Bill Polian is known for drafting gems, and it seems that these two are panning out to be just that. I actually prefer them to Jennings and Jackson because those 2 play off so much and give such a cushion. Powers and Lacey have the size and physicality to play closer to the line and actually cover a WR for their entire route, not just guessing where their route ends up. Bullitt, Sanders' backup, has filled in tremendously for the past season+, and it's been stated a few times that he would start on most teams. And as msc5 said, I think Donald Brown could have a big game against the Pats. Their DEF has been playing solid, unexpectedly at that, but Jerod Mayo does not turn this unit into a top-tier, scary DEF. I think we have a big advantage on the outside, with Wayne, Garcon, and Collie matched up against your suspect CBs and young secondary. It should be a great game to watch, and since Indy is at home and have played better ball all season, you've gotta give the edge to Indy. Indy 27, NE 20. I dont not think INDY will be able to run the ball that well on NE but i do think Peyton will be able to throw the ball all over the PATS secondary. Maroney will find some wholes as will Brown but only cause both Brady and Peyton make pick apart the others Defense. Ill take my chances with Moss and Welker vs Wayne, Garcon, and Collie. If PATS can get pressure on Manning than Collie may have big game the same as i can see Welker coming up big underneath. it should be a entertaining game to watch. 2 of the best QBs in league matching wits

PATSSOX 22 Posted November 8, 2009 colts should win. Manning is just better than brady right now. Not by the time they play next week Brady and Moss will dominate in the second half But i do agree right at this very moment Manning is better
mzf5c5 0 Posted November 8, 2009 Good for Peyton. It is nice of Brady to let him hold that title for a two month span. Peyton was better last year! While Brady was home sucking slushies while watching Manning be the better man!
PATSSOX 22 Posted November 8, 2009 Peyton was better last year! While Brady was home sucking slushies while watching Manning be the better man! DO WHAT i dont think that was Brady's fault So Manning is the "better man" because he didnt get his knee shreaded? Brady is not as good of man as Manning because? He is 3 time super bowl champ? dates super models? or is not as much of a stud QB as Manning? OK i want to be a bad man than
redtodd 7 Posted November 8, 2009 Peyton was better last year! While Brady was home sucking slushies while watching Manning be the better man! OK, you have a good point. Manning has been better than Brady when Brady is not playing with a damaged kne and the recent two months that Brady has been playing. I hope you are happy with his partial dominance. DeaLerZ 0 Posted November 8, 2009 i am going to this game ... bought the tickets in early august!! and i got Brady on my fantasy team... haha... its going to be awesome i have no idea who is going to win... both teams are hot, both QBs are hot, both teams have crazy good offenses, defenses are solid... in the end it will come to down to Brady vs. Manning and i wouldn't want it any other way hah

But you are right, Manning is doing the good thing and sticking to one woman, making her happy and not worried about knocking up super models who never stay with one guy. Oh yeah, he also has a hospital for kids that he donated to Indy. I would take Manning over Brady! And since I am not in your area, I have no idea if Brady doesn't anything for your city or kids. I do know what Manning does.
