dave32 14 Posted November 14, 2009 I'm not sure if WV is last because they're the least happy or because they're too busy porkin' their cousins to care about a stupid poll.

Im kinda surprised michigan is not lower. Agreed, but remember Utah = Mormons = multiple wives = . I expected to see Michigan in the bottom 3, so, i guess that is a good thing. I am sure 2 years ago we were, things are starting to rebound a bit. I think Ann Arbor alone raises it, those hippies are some happy m-fers.

jocstrap 8 Posted November 16, 2009 #33 here All the rest of Alabama sucks. Huntsville, in the mountains, guided missle capital of the world, nasa, engineering geniusses, has us as the #2 city in America for raising a family! Birmingham is horrible, Montgomery is even worse, Tuscalloosa who focking cares about that university, gulf shores is about the only other cool place in the whole state. Mobile is Ok i suppose. naomi 356 Posted November 16, 2009 Could easily be wrong about this but I get the impression that it's like a virtue to be happy if you're a Mormon. They try their best to project happiness/be happy. Like Hitler said, if you tell a lie long enough you start to believe it...I think the connection between and virtuousness is so strong with them, that the desire to project it makes them wind up being generally more placid than other people. Either way, they're going to want to give feedback that reflects they're happy. Not trying to knock them, wouldn't be surprised if that's what's up there though.
