The other half like Q Lazzuras stole peoples fantasy football monies. Big Pete came and came and came and came. So did Sawlison (just ask Pete). Recliner Pilot took offense. $$ephori$$, the current porn star, got his big break here. We haiku'd about he and his lady. surferskin grew a beard. edjr grew a fetus. Everyone got laid off but now make six figures. We laughed, we cried, but most of all we sucked. Hard.

It's a long story but essentially I used a old hacked username to become a member of the Main bored's secret sanctuary while actually participating on the Geek bored side. Amazingly we lost even though I was able to tip our side off to the Main bored's lineups in advance of unveiling each week.

He was a good guy and was one of the most awesomest fantasy football players the world has ever known.

 

I regret not hanging out with him when my wife and I went to San Fran a few years ago.

 

He was a diabetic and died after slipping into a diabetic coma.

 

His father found him several days later in his apartment.

The Latin Pimp thing really took a lot of steam out of the board. It took Mike forefuckingever to get the place up and running again.

 

It's never been the same since, but when you think about it, it's never the same from one year to the next. It is what it is, and I still enjoy posting here. I remember a time when I was absolutely obsessed with posting here hour after hour, day after day.

 

Now, I'm content just plodding along and contributing here and there when I can. It has been a long time since there was a good flame war or an epic pile on, like the ones on sawilson, cmh, Giants Fan, etc.
