My goodness, why didn't the government THINK of such a method other than being so heavy handed. You completely read my post wrong. Nobody is a bigger supporter of the police than I. Most of my friends are cops. And I support them 100%. My point was, it could have been handled completely different. For me, it's more of a question of government control vs. civil liberties. Once shots were fired, it was on. But the government could have handled it much better. This wasn't the local police serving a warrant. This went all the way up to the top. Literally.
