peacedawgs 0 Posted August 7, 2011 When I click Refresh Data the status at the bottom changes to 'Connecting to Web' and then to 'Ready'. Using Office 2011 for a MAC. Nothing populates the sheet I'm on. Tried all the sheets with the same results. Is there anything I can update? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Mike MacGregor 20 Posted August 7, 2011 Hi peacedawgs. I assume we are talking about Projection Pal. What data are you trying to refresh? What projections did you put on your Raw tab? Note the projections that are there at the start are just from FF Today, which I used to test Pal, but aren't necessary to pull into the CC/DB since the CC/DB already includes those projections by default.
