Percy Harvin in return yardage leagues

Our league allows individual players to get 1 pt per 20 yards recieving and includes points for return TDs. As a result, Percy Harvin was the #7 WR last year.

 

Given this scoring scenerio, what are the thoughts on where Harvin should go this year in a draft like this? I've heard that he will likely still do returns, but also that they want to get the ball to him more this year with Rice gone. An increase in his WR role could actually hurt his overall value if he reduces or eliminates his return duties. Thoughts?

Is he still going to be returning kicks, earlier in year they had mention Lorenzo Booker taking over kickoff duties
