MDC 6,705 Posted August 23, 2011 ... and if Foster is the #1 overall pick I'm going Ray Rice. This may be a disaster, but I'm following my gut.
IGotWorms 3,957 Posted August 24, 2011 I like Rice at #2 in non-PPR. ADP is playing on a sh1tty team, CJ may or may not play this season, and Jamaal Charles doesn't score TDs.

MDC 6,705 Posted August 24, 2011 It's all a moot point - ADP went #1 so I took Foster #2. My draft was kind of ridiculous. 14-team, non-PPR and we start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 RB/WR/TE Flex, 1 K, 1 D. I didn't draft a D (I'll pick one up pre-season) or a backup QB and went nuts on RBs, the value was just there every round. My roster: QB: Schaub (5) RB: Foster (1), Blount (3), Lynch (6), Tolbert (7), Starks (10), Jonathan Stewart (12), Tate (13), Woodhead (15) WR: VJax (2), Dex Bryant (4), Collie (8), Meacham (11) TE: J. Graham (9) K: Henery (14) D: ??? Whichever D is playing the worst O week 1. I'd give this a B-. I think I reached on Blount but I really wanted to come out of Round 3 with at least 2 starting RBs. In hindsight I probably should've gone with another WR and waited for a second RB, since I ended up with a ton of them. on the other hand, I think my depth is really good and in a 14-teamer I'll probably make the playoffs without much doubt. What can I say? I kept seeing value at RB in the late rounds and figured all of my starters had later byes and I might as well load up on the positions that count. Looks like a pretty good roster to me in a 14 team league.
