Why are my emoticons focked up when I use Google Chrome?

Are they focked up like mine were or is it something different?

Go to my settings and see if the enable visual editor box is checked. If it is, uncheck it. That's what fixed it for me.

Go to my settings and see if the enable visual editor box is checked. If it is, uncheck it. That's what fixed it for me.

 

I don't see any button that even remotely resembles that.

When you click on your profile name and go to my settings, what do you see?

 

It should be under posting settings.

Enable emoticons?

Enable signature?

Enable email notification of replies

Add a reply and under the box you type in is a green dot with + in the middle click it and it gives you the options.
