Newton or Grossman?

Recommended Posts

Newton may be rushed hard by the Bears D, but that is hardly a reason to side w/ Grossman. Grossman does have a juicy matchup w/ the Rams, but he also failed in the nice matchup w/ the Cowboys. Newton is a stud. I don't care if the kid is a Rook or not, he's a baller. The Bears run a cover 2, which should leave holes wide open and help Newton at what he does best...dinking and dunking to his two favorite stud TEs. I am a Bears homer, and think that Newton is going to play lights out against us. Start Cam w/ confidence.

I actually have Maclin and Moore on my team and will be sitting Maclin and his hammy. But I am very unsure about it.

I would lean toward grossman. I am a bears fan so i watch them closely every week. I know they have been lit up the past 2 weeks but that was against rogers and brees. I just have a feeling that they will be able to confuse newton enough to force a lot of bad throws.

Grossman has a really good matchup and has played really good until last weeks game. Also having watched grossman for a few years with the bears i know that if you give him time he will make some really good throws. If you pressure him though he sucks. Dallas is one of the best pass rushing teams out there so naturally its not a good situation for grossman. The rams rush isnt nearly as good and grossman will be looking to get back on track with moss and gafney. Go with grossman
