AP owner needs to make a trade. he stared off 3-0, now 3-5. 12 team standard league. 1qb,2rb,3wr,1flex,1te,1d,1k My Team: Schaub/tebow MJD/Wells/Tolbert/Reggiebush/Torain/Karim White/Maclin/Marshall/Little/Moore/JohnBaldwin Daniels TexansD/JetsD Crosby his team: Cassel/freeman AP/spiller/grant/addai/rickywilliams Vjax/Djax/AJGreen/Harvin/Gaffney/JamesJones M.Lewis/Ballard Charges D Folk/Akers Now, I was thinking I give MJD,Bush,Jets D for AP. If he doesn't take it, I counter offer with MJD/Tolbert/Jets. Not sure he'll go for it. Should I go as high as MJD/Wells for AP or is that too much? Leave yours. Calimatt 0 Posted November 4, 2011 I dont think he'll take MJD/Bush/Jets for AP unless Defenses factor in a lot in the scoring. TBH, I don't think you can get AP without opening a big hole in your lineup since you start quite a few players. You need MJD/Wells b/c I think theres a significant drop off to the rest of your RBs. I'd only do an MJD/Wells for AP trade if you could maybe get someone like Harvin as well and then use one of your higher end WRs like Maclin to get a solid RB2. team awesome 4 Posted November 4, 2011 defenses have a pretty high amt of scoring in our league. jets D has 77 on the year, 3rd overall. he has chargers right now which has 32 overall. but you're right, he wants beanie and mjd. I dont think i can risk giving both of them up. especially bc we start so many players. it would leave me with tolbert at rb2 hoping that matthews stays injured and tolbert doesnt get injured. it would also ruin my flex position. guess i have to target someone else. thanks! iglehart 0 Posted November 4, 2011 For me depends on DEF scoring. In my league def gets lots of point and a good def is important. In my other league def score very little and I could care less about a solid def, just go for weekly matchups. Tell me def scoring and I can give a better opinion. Boomers 0 Posted November 5, 2011 If you want AP, you have to sell him that his team will be better without AP after trading. You can try to convince him that Schaub (#8 in fantasy points for a QB to this point) is much better than his QB's and that he is a major upgrade over Cassell/Freeman. bonkbonk 5 Posted November 5, 2011 I am so sorry to say but you don't have anything that well get AP off him. MJD and Wells is fair but is too high for you to pay. Even with AP you have no RB2. Sorry i don't care that much about D.
