Has floated the ball his entire career, and part of "talent" for an NFL QB is the ability to read defenses and make decisions beyond the level of a good high school QB. If you watched the game you'd know half his yards came in garbage time - otherwise known by the Eagles as the "2nd half" - and Vincetta Young sucked that game, too. Where is the unstoppable guy who single-handedly beat a great USC team with his running and broke every Rose Bowl rushing record? Where is the guy who rushed for 7 TDs and almost 7 yards per tote as an NFL rookie? He's only 28, which should be the prime of his career, but he does not look like the same player physically.
