$4 gas could hurt it. And that's certainly not outside the realm of possibility, with Iran threatening an oil embargo and all.

 

There are probably a few other things that could really hurt his approval rating, like a major terrorist attack or another financial crisis brought on by Europe's problems.

 

But the thing is: I'm not rooting for any of these things to happen because they are all bad for America. Republicans are rooting for them because that's how much they hate Obummer.
