Homerpf 0 Posted September 10, 2012 Roster/Scoring format in sig, but basically looking to shore up a few weak spots on my roster while others in my league are picking up players out of necessity. Ogletree, Hill, and Cobb all have caught my attention but I'm not sure I'm even wanting to try and give up any of my current WRs and/or RBs for one of them. Right now my biggest needs are backup QB and TE I think. I've got Josh Freeman as a Backup QB, and while he could get better I've got my doubts. M. Sanchez, Gabbert, Cassel, and Fitz are all available although not exactly sold on them. I've got Brent Celek as my backup TE at the moment, and while I'm not really looking to drop Celek for just anyone I noticed that H. Miller is available and think he might make a better backup than Celek especially regarding consistency. Would appreciate thoughts on if I'm going about it the right way, or if I should look to drop maybe Freeman for one of the breakout WRs that's available and trade for a QB (few teams have 3 QBs on roster). My QB/TE starters are solid, but I usually try to shore up my depth as much as possible early on so I'm not rushing to fill a spot left vacant by injuries. jackjohn 31 Posted September 10, 2012 10 team ppr with bonus for 40+ runs. I have Sproles as my rb2. I was offered Mathews straight up for Sproles. My 1st thought was "no" because of Mathews injury history. But after talking to some friends, they have me considering it. It is ppr, so that helps Sproles value. What do you think? My other rb's are Rice, Martin, Brown & Tate. Start 2 rb's, no flex. thanks.

dpbuddha 9 Posted September 11, 2012 12-team, TD heavy league. Bonus for receiving TDs for RBs. Is it worth dropping Ben Tate to stick Morris on my bench? We can only carry 4 RBs and we only start 2 each week. My roster is in my signature...the only guy I would drop at this point is Tate but I'm thinking that Morris might not see my starting lineup. Should I just hold onto Tate in case Foster ever goes down? Thanks

jerZooy 0 Posted September 11, 2012 Hi there, I will keep it short. I feel Cobb can benefit my PPR team. Details: 1 PPR, 14 team league, 1QB, 1TE, 1WR, 1RB, 3 WR/RB, 1 K and 1 D/ST. Only 4 Bench My Team: QB: Eli Manning RB: Steven Jackson RB/WR: BenJarvus Ellis-Green RB/WR: Torrey Smith RB/WR: (No solid Starter) Jonathon Dwyer (week 2) WR: Percy Harvin TE: Gronk K: Keading D/ST: Cinci (subject to change if they can't get their act together against Cleveland) B: Ben Tate B: Ryan Williams B: Coby Fleener B: Jay Cutler Who should I drop for Cobb being its 1 PPR. I am leaning toward Williams, Fleener or Tate. Dwyer maybe, but he is looking good and up against the Jets D that let Buffalo run all over them. I also feel this team is weak at RB, should i worry so much given the 1 PPR? Thoughts? And Thank You.

Sir Sydney 0 Posted September 11, 2012 .5 PPR/KR league 10-team, QB, 2RB, 3WR, TE, Flex, K, DST Now that MJD is back, I'm thinking of dropping Jennings. I picked Benson before week 1, and know he played SF, so wasn't expecting much. Should I drop either of these for Morris or McCluster (WR/RB in Yahoo)? I already have Harvin, Sproles, Cobb, Amendola, Hester, Quizz, and could use more RB depth. Thanks!

Ruckusmh 1 Posted September 12, 2012 This is my money league team, I seem to have been pretty fortunate and am in good position after scoring 131 in standard scoring in Week 1. I'm looking to upgrade my TE position (and backup QB?), or maybe just stand pat for now. QB: Romo RB: L. McCoy, M. Forte, R. Bush, C.J. Spiller, Dwyer, Ingram WR: J. Jones, P. Harvin, M. Wallace, A. Brown, P. Garcon TE: Cook D: Patriots Been thinking of offering the Hernandez owner something like: Bush + Wallace for Hernandez + Ryan She's starting Donald Brown and has Peyton at QB. Suggestions? jackjohn 31 Posted September 12, 2012 Long story short. I pick up Smith on Sunday (10 team ppr). Very surprised that nobody took a shot at him. He goes off and I throw out some offers. After some laughing I for the F. Jax owner to bite (he does not have Spiller). He has RB:F. Jax, BGE, Mcgehee, Helu, J. Rodgers WR: Green, Harvin, Wright, D. Moore My team RB: DMC, Murray, Martin, Smith & Mathews WR: Austin, D. Jax, Britt, Young & A. Brown So I give: Smith & A. Brown I get: Harvin & J. Rodgers Fair or no? The reason I ask is because some guys say I got too much. My answer is that they should have made an offer. Opinion?
