Who's Drafted Already?

Recommended Posts

This is my all risk, 10-team, PPR QB, RB, Rb, WR, WR, TE league from the 6th slot:

1. Brady

2. MJD - I went cuckoo

3. Andre Johnson - See the risk train starting up

4. Trent Richardson

5. Dez Bryant - Umm, thought it was good value... then I looked at my roster and panicked about RISK

6. Eric Decker

7. Isaac Redman

8. Spleen, I mean Witten

9. S. Ridley

10.J. Stewart - Drafting note: 10 mins after drafting him, I watched him grossly turn his ankle, nad heard about it plenty.

11.D. Heyward-Bey

12.C. Palmer

...

14.R. Moss

I have never drafted this much risk at the top, so I am not feeling great, but we'll see.

10-team keeper league, in sig. Two keepers every year, can't be from the same position. Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, no flex. .5 PPR for WR and TE only. Email draft, so it was a little slow moving, and took the better part of a week and a half to finish.

Pretty damn stoked. Kept Stafford and Charles. Rest of draft went as follows:

1.4 - RB Matt Forte

2.7 - WR Julio Jones

3.4 - RB Steven Jackson

4.7 - WR Dez Bryant

5.4 - WR Dwayne Bowe

6.7 - WR Brandon Lloyd

7.4 - RB CJ Spiller

8.7 - TE Brandon Pettigrew

9.4 - RB Jacquizz Rodgers

10.7 - RB Rashad Jennings

11.4 - WR Leonard Hankerson

12.7 - DEF Buffalo

13.4 - K Janakowski

After the draft, traded SJax for Mathews straight up. Mathews owner had been on auto pick for that round, already had kept Rivers, and didn't want a starting RB and QB from the same team. I figure I can get by a couple weeks with Charles and Forte while Mathews heals.

Pretty damn stoked. Feel like my big problem is going to be figuring out who to start every week at RB and WR. I did neglect to draft a backup QB, but don't need one until Week 5 (hopefully). At that point, MJD is probably back, making Jennings expendable, or if not him, Hankerson.

Bonus points: I play the MJD owner in Week 1. It was my pick at the same time the news came out about Jennings starting Week 1. ###### blocked.

2 leagues, both 14 teams, both no PPR.

Team 1 - start 1 QB, 1 RB, 3 WR/TE, 1 RB/WR/TE, 1 K, 1 DEF - no roster limitations

QB: Vick, Palmer

RB: Ray Rice, SJax, D. Brown

WR: B. Marshall, Maclin, A. Brown, M. Williams (TB), G. Little

K: Gostkowski

DEF: Giants

Team 2 - start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 WR/TE, 1 K, 1 DEF - roster limitations 2 QB, 4 RB, 4 WR, 2 TE

QB: Eli, Freeman

RB: CJ2K, D. Martin, M. Bush, Mendenhall

WR: AJ Green, A. Brown, M. Williams, L. Moore

TE: J. Cook, K. Rudolph

K: Prater

DEF: Lions

I'm new to this league and didn't learn about the roster limitations 'til late. If I'd have known I would've picked a higher end TE.

10 Team 0.5 PPR, 6 pts all TD's: Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 Flex (RB/WR/TE), D/ST, K

2nd Pick:

1. Arian Foster

2. Matt Stafford

3. Roddy White

4. Ahmad Bradshaw

5. Antonio Brown

6. Michael Turner

7. Miles Austin

8. Pierre Garcon

9. Ben Tate

10. Tony Romo

11. Dustin Keller

12. Ryan Williams

13. Austin Collie

14. Brent Celek

15. Evan Royster

16. Stephen Hill

17. Minn D/ST

18. T.Y. Hilton

Obviously chose to wait on TE. Could have picked Witten in the 9th, but didn't think Tate would make it back to me. Witten went at 9.9. Thought Romo was a pure value pick in the 10th round, hopefully he can be used for trade bait before week 5 as he shares a bye week with Stafford.

Jeremy Witten is gonna kill it this year.

He might get killed if he is not careful. Only thing that can heal his spleen is rest. Can not add padding or anything else. I drafted him Cook in last round so he should be OK.

I have been beating myself up since last night about drafting welker in the first. Now this is a 2 keeper league so 24 players were already off the board. When it came to me i had a choice of welker, fitzgerald, andre, jordy. This is 10 team non ppr low scoring idp league by the way. So i went welker over them. I guess its safe and i have never had welker on any of my teams. Heres the result.

Qb, wr, wr, wr, rb, rb, wr/te, DL, DB, LB, k

Stafford, rg3, nick foles

Peterson, bradshaw, d brown, hillis, mikel leshoure, shane vereen

Who the fock is jeremy witten?

 Its Jason's twin brother :overhead:

Jeremy or Jason Witten did practice today

Jason Witten - TE - Cowboys

Jason Witten (lacerated spleen) returned to Cowboys practice Saturday.

It will be the first time Witten has practiced since going down in Dallas' preseason opener. He'll likely be limited, but it certainly enhances his chances of suiting up on Wednesday against the Giants. Witten is expected to be a game-time decision.
