jerZooy 0 Posted October 31, 2012 As you can see from my team below, I am going to have serious week 11 issues. Eli, Tynes, Harvin and Wright all will be on bye so I need to pick-up a QB and K. I will have one bench move with Gresham being on the Roster for only this week, but I will need a second. So I have two questions, who do I drop? And should I use this opportunity to grab a D/ST for week ten as well? D/ST on the Wire include: Patriots vs Bills Jets vs Seahawks Bucs vs Chargers Colts at Jaguars Eagles vs Dallas Dallas at Eagles I am leaning towards Bucs or Dallas and dropping Law Firm. Leave a link and I will answer yours.
icy_water 4 Posted October 31, 2012 Yeah I would do the same thing. The Bucs vs SD (27th in D points allowed), followed by CAR (19th in D points allowed) and out of your roster BGE is the one I would drop...and thanks for answring mine
jerZooy 0 Posted November 1, 2012 Really, 15 views and one comment. Thanks BTW, I traded for Pit vs KC week 10 match-up and drop that slow and slower BJEG to the #1 team in my league for it. BJEG might play well coming out of the Bye week, but that will be it, and I will not see the team I traded to unless I make to playoffs. Considering I am 2-6 and 4 games back, I do not find it very likely, but I have high hopes! On a 2 game win streak right now (yes that means I was about to punch my PC at 0-6, when week 6 was my highest scoring week to date, it turned out to be my opponents too.) What do I need to do to get the rest of the forum users to respond to my questions? I replied to at least 6 people and left the link yesterday and only one person replied. I have done much more with posts in prior weeks and still only get 2 or maybe 3 responses. What's the deal?
Kelvarr 13 Posted November 1, 2012 Given your bench, I'm gonna say Do Not Drop BJGE. You have NO RB depth if you drop him, and you are already starting a WR in your flex. I know you need Gresham this week with Gronk on bye. Wait until next week to pick up a Def to cover your bye. You will probably have to drop Smith or Young (flip a coin to me, but I'd probably drop Young). Or, depending on what K are available, drop Tynes and either hope you can get him back, or run with whatever kicker you sign. A third option would be to just stand pat, suck it up and take a bye week loss. See Mine Wait a minute. Why, WHY are you looking to pick up a week 10 DEF/ST, when you are starting Arizona, and have PIT on the bench? Use PIT next week, and call it good.
