I dont really drink fruity drinks unless Im on the beach or on an island. When I went to Jamaica? You bet your sweet ass I had daiquiris and stuff. Like the guy did in the movie forgetting Sarah Marshall when he was in Hawaii

Another note: when did having something like ginger ale in your drink make it a womans drink? Hell I love me a Godfather, whiskey sours, Tom Collins, moscow mules, old fashioneds (my fav to drun), old manhattans, etc. A good bit of those have some sugar in them or something other than straight alcohol and are considered some of the manliest drinks there are. Plus they are amazing

This is another one of my go to drinks in Vegas,apparently concocted by Jimmy himself and sweet or not it will fock you up,in fact I have friends that won't drink because they say it's too strong.

I took the fiancé to basically a strip club in Bangkok. The show itself was pretty lame. She thought the waitress giving a guy a hand job twenty feet away was pretty funny though.

 

Unfortunately we were at the wrong place for the really weird stuff like ping pong shows and chicks smoking cigarettes with their tvvats. Didnt do my research well on that one.

I've been there about 8 years ago. They had some prime rib deal that a friend wanted to try that ended up being pretty good. The casino floor itself is tiny though.

Best play to stay if you got the money is Bellagio overlooking the fountain -- my favorite is the Mirage though still overlooking the Volcano. If your a baller on a budget Paris or Hollywood. You do not want to go to Mandalay or even MGM. Vegas isn't like what is was when I grew up there when you could just walk the strip now it's up and down escalators and stairs - takes you forever and you want to be in the City Centre are (Bellaggio,Mirage,CP,Venetian, ETC)

this is where I'm starting.  Looking to book a trip in December with my wife and her daughter who turned 21 this summer, but I'd like to have two rooms so I can bang her mom without her being in the bed next to us.  But the suites get a bit pricey as we're planning a weekend trip.

Any thoughts?  The Horseshoe seemed like the prices weren't terrible.

I prefer the Venetian/Palazzo to the Bellagio. It's in a little better shape and directly across from the Wynn.  Both are upscale and last I looked the pricing was similar.  Lots of great restaurants there as well.

 My three favorite, Monte Carlo, Caesars, and New York New York. The Mirage is really good also. 
 

 Wear good walking shoes. You’re going at the right time in December as it’s the opposite of July. Last time I went was In October. 
 

 New York New York and MGM were my favorites sports books.

 For kids they have an amazing water park. The wax museum is interesting.  And just about all of hotels have great arcades for kids and us. 
 

 My favorite strip Club was Mustang Sally’s.And for golf I loved Stallion Mountain, all four courses were named after winning great horses.  
 

 Have a great time and I envy yous.

I stayed at the Trump Tower in Chicago eight years ago and it was like $400 per night and there was a bottle of water in the room for sale for $40.  It was nice but I'm not looking for something that nice.

Went there a few years ago with some buddies. Pretty good time. We did this thing where we all got jobs at one of the casinos and then we wired up their close circuit security cameras to look like everything was OK, but really we had one of our little tiny Asian friends sneak in, and start bagging up money in the vault. Probably not the best idea but then we secured a couple guards and it was the damnedest thing. We walked the money right out the front gate in our swat team gear. Heckuva weekend.

Driving out tomorrow to catch Dead & Co at the Sphere on Jerry's birthday.  Will catch the Friday show as well.  I was at the Tuscany for opening weekend of their residency.  I sat for three sessions of black jack and won in each session.  Nothing to write home about, but I did tip my waitresses and my dealers and leave the table each side with 150% of the money I sat down with.

 

This time I booked late and got stuck at the Stratosphere the first night but got in at the Venetian for the second.  The Statosphere sucked 25 years ago and i doubt time has been kind to it.,  The Venetian should be alright given its access to the Sphere.

Obviously, it's been awhile since you have been to Vegas.  The Monte Carlo and Mirage are no more.

Last year or two it was open, Monte Carlo had a really bad sewer smell so i avoided it.  When i go now i usually spend 3 nights downtown at The D and then 3-4 nights on the Strip @ one of NY/NY, The Flamingo, or Paris.

We usually stay at Paris because that is where my casino host is based so we usually get a suite without asking for one.

until covid, i was doing 1-2 trips/yr.

 

i am not a big gambler.  like pools and restaurants.  typically stayed at Mandalay, MGM, Bellagio, Palazzo, Ventician.

 

one of friends went through a rough patch with work and we stayed at hooters a couple time (do not recommend)
