Should eliminated teams be picking up players?

I am playing the same way regardless if I am 1-10 or 10-1. If I am out of the playoffs, no way am I rolling for anyone. That wouldn't be fair to the other teams that need me to stay competitive nor would it be fair to me as a competitor.

 

Not too mention playing spoiler can certainly add that silver lining to a miserable season.

So if some team has been eliminated from the playoffs in your league, should they still be allowed to pick up players?

 

What about dropping players. They should be dropping any good players right?

 

I'm guessing the way you get around this is by giving a high score every week or having some kind of incentive for the other teams.

I actually have no problem with this. every team should be trying to field the best possible team they can.

 

it is the teams that quit managing their roster when they get eliminated that make me angry. they give free wins to some teams who dont deserve it.

I think that once a team is eliminated from the playoffs, it's roster should be frozen.
