It was a tough choice. If he remains healthy I think Jackson is a three down back in an improved offense via line additions and returning injured players. He was quietly productive to close last season.

Vereen while a ppr specialist could be really good in a best ball format.

Oh how the mighty have fallen, back in our draft this year. Tom Brady likely still has the potential to put up some good numbers, and it would be likely that he manages to at least put up numbers worthy of a 3rd round pick, decent value at this spot.

Was a little surprised he last as long as he did but the non-ppr thing probably had the most to do with it.

I would expect. He was actually pretty good in terms of ppg even in standard formats but unless they start giving him 10+ carries per game people probably don't want to rely on him in ppr. Too much potential for clunkers if he doesn't score a td... but he may very well get a significant increase in rush attempts this year.

Good spot for Brady. I could see a drop in production, but not much. I preferred Foles here, but he was taken right before. Nice job

Pretty curious as to why Rashad Jennings fell this far. I have him as my #20 RB. Was planning to go WR here, but couldn't pass on the perceived value.

I thought about Jennings in the 5th..... instead, I took Chris Johnson, Jets. Jennings in the 6th is a steal and a great RB. Could play a lot and defenses won't stack the box on him due to the passing game the Giants have.

The only problem with Belichek Rb's is trying to figure our who he's motivating, scolding or propping up this week, oh..... and yes, he is a GENIOUS! The Qb and TE from this team are on a different level then the rest of the offensive components and are the two to have.

Brady was tied with Stafford as my #6 QB. I had them Manning, Rodgers, Brees, Luck, Foles, then Brady/Stafford. I have Luck over Foles for his handful of rushing Td's, whereas I feel Foles will stumble in with two. The next set of Qb

s to fall will be very interesting to follow.

I am a lot higher on Stafford than you are. Particularly when interceptions are not counted against you. That offense is loaded with playmakers and Stafford is the conducter. I think he's in for huge year, statistically speaking.

I agree with the reasoning on SJax and feel he is a nice RB #2/very nice RB #3 option this year. He likely would have been my pick over Foles had he been available.

I agree. I feel all seven of the Qb's I listed are in for great......safe......and consistent seasons.

If you're right, then I took Stafford too early. If I'm right, he's a tier above all of them.

In my observation, so far this year, Stafford has consistenty been taken in the mid to late 4th round. So he is a bit early where you grabbed him, but not obscenely so. That round 3 to 4 transition is always a tricky one. Effectively you are still in the "standard" draft when in round three where few fliers are taken, and yet at the end of round 3 where you were selecting, it was not a bad place to grab a coveted player that you reasonably stood to miss on in the next round.

Taking him at 3.03 or 3.05 might have been a bit out of range. And while you selecting him there did cause me to raise a brow, I saw the idea and felt it was decently done. I too was looking for Stafford if I could get him in round 4, and losing out compelled me to adjust my draft strategy just a bit, and hope Brady fell to me later.

All mock resources have been updated. Sorry that I fell a bit behind. Had a lot of yard to mow last night after being gone for two weeks on vacation.

My favorite team thus far is RC. Built the way I like with players I'm mostly high on. I would have waited longer on QB as I don't think Foles is much better than several remaining options but can't fault the pick too much.

Close second is Fumbleweed. My only qualm is I don't really like Hilton as a 2 but there are lots of options to bolster the receiver depth.

Wright as my #3 WR may be a little early, but he is the #1 receiver on the team. He has high upside and I believe could have a medium-breakout year in 2014. Locker is okay at getting him the ball also.

I am leaning towards JScott's team. Great balance and good RBs for where he drafted them. (better than last year Jeff!)

Not meaning to split hairs, but he has Trent Richardson and Shane Vereen as his starting RBs. How is that great balance?

I assume the "balance" is at the other positions, and then "good" RBs.

Looking at my squad, I wish I had my 3rd RB, though I love my 1 and 2. Foles intrigues me because of what he accomplished in the first year in that offense. He went 8-2, threw 27 Td's with just 2 picks, completed 64% of his passes, led the league in yards attempted and yards completed per pass, and topped it off with the highest passer rating. He had a crazy 8.7% Td Rate. This season should be solid considering he's been introduced to and succeeded in running this offense, this year he has an entire preseason to to prepare as undisputed leader of it, plus I feel that division is really weak and it can be carved up.

It would appear that you have the worst starting RBs in the league. You ignored the position until the fifth round.

That doesn't mean that I don't like your team. The trio of Rodgers, Green, and Gronkowski is fantastic. I just wouldn't call it balanced by any means.

You are not "splitting hairs", good point. Richardson will need to perform as a RB1 to make this a good backfield for Jeff.

I don't think Robb is calling my whole squad balanced either. I read it as the QB/WRs are balanced. And then the RBs were "good" (not included in the balanced part).

I would call your team a high-risk team based on how long you waited to grab a RB. Richardson better pan out.

Good value on Cam but I have Witten with a 7th round grade.

Newton is decent value at that spot, Whitten could have likely been had next round, a bit of a reach, esp given his age at this juncture.

Great pick on Newton. Wanted him in the 7th; Fumble broke my heart when he told he just went. Ah, well . . "recalculating."

I had him as a late 6th rounder. But I value him a bit more because I don't like any of the other TEs directly after him, and I think he will have a consistent year.

The TE Bubble was fixing to break and, depending which flavor you wanted, three to five were fixin to drop.
