He was reportedly moving well, putting him on track to return as the starter for Sunday's tasty matchup with the Titans. I think West is the odd man out here for now. Actually, Foster was there in 2009 and took over for I believe Dominick Davis. Tate came out in 2011 with hopes of unseating Foster at some point but injuries and Foster's playing ability squashed that. Quote
