Bench Murrey against Seattle for A. Williams?

Should I bench Murrey for Andre Williams this week?? I need 2 RB's between Murrey, Williams, Sankey and Lacy

When it comes to studs, don't bench them for a matchup. Just play them. Even though I hate the Cowboys, Murray is a stud this year. Play him.

I could see Williams scoring similar to Lacy and DeMarco, but not outpacing them. That being said, I agree with homer team that you don't sit your studs for a favorable matchup. Why? Murray accounts for over 35% of total team yards based on this fantasy tool I use. That's the highest of any player in the league. When Dallas scores, and they will, it will most likely feed through Murray. If you were going to sit someone for Andre, it would be Lacy not Murray. And you're not sitting Lacy because of a sweet matchup vs. Miami D giving up 20+ points to opposing RBs.
