Avatar

All LOTR

All Godfather

All Spiderman/Avengers/Fantastic Four/etc.

Avatar - Not nearly as bad as you would think. :dunno:

LOTR - You're such a fhag. All 3 were absolutely incredible, imo.

Godfather - Haven't watched all 3 yet :(

Why are you confusing your comics? I'll prolly agree with you on Fantastic 4 (I have no desire to see it either), But Spiderman was quality, The Avengers movies were beyond quality in a good way, you shallow person

This is sickening. I knew this thread would make me sad. I can understand the "I don't want to seem new age so I won't see avatar and any movie with fantasy or imagination in it." Attitude. But to also have the godfather here? That's just weird. you listed basically the movies that make me love movies.

It's nothing intellectual or attitude about it. I'm sure they're all good flicks.

The first three I just haven't seen because I heard they're super long, and I can't sit through a 3 hour movie. I get restless and distracted.

The superhero ones, I've just never been into comics or superheroes.

I've seen the last 3 Batman movies, but they were too long and I walked around the theater for a good portion of each (my wife 36c gets wet for Christian Bale).

I used to think this too. You will not, however, get that way during the first 2 Godfather movies though. I can guarantee you that. They are wonderful, wonderful movies

The Piano Teacher

The French movie? That's famous?

I've seen bits and pieces on TV but I have never watched Forest Gump and don't ever want to see it. They should've named it "The Luckiest Retard."

If he couldn't sit through Batman, no way he's making it through either Godfather(Agree, both are masterpieces).

Of all the movies so far listed, I've seen over 60%

Yeah I should've tossed super hero movies out there too. I really liked the first Batman (Michael Keaton) and the old school Super Man movies with Christopher Reeve. And that's pretty much it. The rest can fock off imo

Two of the best movies ever made :nono:

The Graduate is actually pretty damned good too. I was like you and didn't want to see it for the longest time, but then I did and now I know why it is so acclaimed

All Lord of the Rings and Hobbit Movies

All Star Wars movies after Return of the Jedi

All Superman movies not starring Christopher Reeve

All Batman movies not starring Michael Keaton

I tried to watch Gone With The Wind once and was bothered by the constant soundtrack throughout the entire movie. How was nobody else in the world bothered by the constant music playing behind the dialog?

Both Kane and 2001 are over rated IMO. I've seen them, but was never really that interested.

Patton, The Graduate and Midnight Cowboy were all pretty damned entertaining.

Thats a seriously hardcore case of ADD, just relax man its a movie. Like clinically bad add here. You must have a doozy of a personality. I do not mean that in a derogatory way at all, im just saying ill bet you have extreme quirks and mannerisms. Had to get up and pace around the theater nervously for the batman movies? Boycott Godfather? Man...

I do understand not being uncomfortable through long movies though, thats not strange. I wouldnt sit through gone with the wind but thats cuz it was made like 100 years ago or something. Too old timey for me. I watched citizen kane, it was terrible sorry. But when a movie is good, even if its 3hrs ill be wishing it was 6hrs by end.

I'm not sitting through a 3 hour movie either. We saw the first lotr movie in the theater. Caught the next 2 on DVD. Anything over 2 hours is pushing it.
