This is getting painful to watch. We need thread referees. This one should have been stopped long ago.

Cruzer has been beating him pretty senseless

Oh really? Maybe you can tell us Romo's huge clutch moment. Because I've been watching him for years and I must have missed it.

Maybe you can find where cruzer claimed he had a huge clutch moment?

Its been a bad bunch of years for that team for sure...some of that is on Rooms performance at times...which Cruzer even admits.

So can we all agree Bradshaw and Dilfer and McMahon and even Hostetler were better than Marino ? When the chips were down, they were able to get it done. Marino simply couldn't do it. Just a simple case of not being good enough.

Guys like Dilfer, Hostetler and McMahon were simply great when they needed to be.

And Aikman is a top 4 NFL QB of all time. Quite a bit better than Steve Young.

Nah no one would. Except yes I believe you could find people who put Bradshaw above marino, that was a bad example in the point your trying to make. You have to take the entire body of work career and combine it with playoff body of work. So those idiots who win a sb but suck otherwise cant compare. But when we are cmparing a whole list of guys with records and mvps and long careers with good numbers, SBs then start to divide them.

Ohhhhhh so now its playoffs? Lol. No one gives a sh1t about playoffs. It's about SB's. No one cares about "you almost did it!" Well. Except those sheep that think every kid should get trophy for giving it a good college try.

Yes, overall playoff body of work factors in. Take total career stats, playoff reputation/body of work and SB reputation/body of work. Thats 3 phases of a career. Look at each of them and determine how they all add up. some guys are great in 1 but poor in the other 2, some are great in all 3, some are only great in 2 but nonexistent in a third.

Only if my hero Antone Smith was there would i go, to encourage him to get more playing time. The guy is an animal and should be a top 15 rb in this league.

3 SBs wins. Most playoff wins in 1990s. Winningest QB of 90s.

Young? Not so much.

Its absolutely not a laughable idea that deserves emoticons. Young and aikman are often compared and ranked similarly. Young was the better actual QB but if your placing them by overall ranking they come very close considering the 3 SBs, wins etc. Young is above Aikman on my list personally, but if he hadnt won that SB, best believe Aikmans 3 would put him ahead.

Donivan McNafro would have won at least 4 super bowls with that team. Are you kidding me? How does Aikman get any credit? laughable

Im giving him SOME credit. I totally agree he was one of the all time best caretakers. Curious, would you rank Aikmen or Bradshaw higher?

Wait...(and I don't know if you are one that said it earlier or not)...but uhhh...so why in this instance are playoff wins, SB wins reg game wins not the determining factor ? In earlier discussions on this thread they were.

Oh...wait...I see...(and again...not necessarily referring to you edjr) ...those criteria only apply when needed to discredit a player on a team not liked. Lol.

Aikman was not chopped liver. Iv said this before, theres a difference between being in a position to do something and actually DOING it. Aikman could have easily botched those SBs and drove his HOF team into the mud. But he didnt, he won games, put his team in positions to win and actually won. That goes a long way in my book. Im sick and tired of QBs getting spat on for having good teammates. The qb can make or break a season regardless of team talent.
