If Kelly stays with the Eagles I say Matthews , I like that offense

I am going to go against the grain here and say Cooper. I like Derek Carr moving forward and they say him and cooper have a real connection. You don't know what you have at QB in Philly + there are more options in Philly outside of Matthews ( rookie receiver and tight end).

It's. Very good question and a tough pick but I can see it going either way really .
