wiffleball 4,790 Posted August 25, 2015 If there was a thread on this already, I apologize. I haven't seen it. Any geek reaction to fear the walking dead? I DVR'd it, But haven't watched it yet. A few reviews ive seen have been pretty meh. My only hope or expectation for the show is that it attempts to answer some of the gaping f****** questions From TWD. I think I'm not alone Ending pretty close to being over TWD. Too many unanswered questions, No real end in sight, and basically the same story line every year.G, we finally found a perfect home! Oh wait, no it's not so perfect! Lather, rinse, repeat.
parrot 789 Posted August 25, 2015 Ah crap, I thought it was Fock The World Day for a minute there. Have it on the DVR. Haven't made myself watch it yet.
Djgb13 2,339 Posted August 25, 2015 I watched it. It's different and set in LA when the breakout first happened. Waiting on to reserve more judgement when more episodes come out
frank 2,304 Posted August 25, 2015 I'll keep watching but it was pretty boring. Almost nothing happened. They certainly didn't need 90 minutes for that episode.
OldMaid 2,130 Posted August 25, 2015 Watched it... First episode was mainly getting to know the main characters, so of course it was kinda slow. Liked the angle of the kid being one of the first people to see what is happening, and it turns out he's a drug addict, so he's kind of an unreliable witness. Too bad they ruined it, by confirming it at the end of the episode. Would have had more potential if they had played on that storyline a little longer. I think Kirkman's even said that the comics won't explain it either. It's about the story, ultimately... not the cause.
