stonewall 647 Posted September 10, 2015 What guy(s) who are barely owned will have ff owners salivating all over themselves and spending their annual waiver allotment to grab? I would guess: Phillip Dorsett or Brandon Coleman (or Frisman Jackson)
Kent 228 Posted September 10, 2015 Isn't it Terrance Williams every year? I always feel like it's some Cowboy wr. Ogelsby or something a couple years ago had like 8 TDs in the first half or something. Last fantasy points he scored.

BobSanders_33 127 Posted September 10, 2015 If we are taking about players available in 12 team leagues I think it will be Matt Jones and Philly D.

Beyond Chaos 75 Posted September 10, 2015 I'll throw out some guesses: whichever New England Receiver puts up better numbers between Dobson and Amendola. Kenny Britt (I'm sure I'm alone on this guess).

Had 30 minutes of fame in the opener, met the president, and then fell down a sinkhole. There's one every year. It will be the 4th WR on a new team, or a rookie that nobody expected to get on the field. Nate Washington, Ted Ginn, Kamar Aiken, Willie Snead Jarius Wright Actually, being able to name them usually disqualifies you from guessing the right one. Ogelsby or something a couple years ago had like 8 TDs in the first half or something. Last fantasy points he scored. williams absolutely should have been drafted in 12s, and arguably in 10s. not a big PPR guy, but he scored 8 TDs in limited looks last season, then spent all offseason and most of training camp working at WR1 due to dez's contract/injury issues. he was already a deceptive route runner, but he made a leap this offseason that has been likened to dez's improvement last offseason. beasley is going to interest some people, but IMO he's not going to see enough looks to be a real WW option unless dez goes down or the run game flops. giraldi02 470 Posted September 10, 2015 Reuben Randle, Kamar Aiken, Karlos Williams, Nick Foles, Tyler Lockett, Zac Stacy, Phillip Dorsett, and Jeremy Langford all are on my "watch closely" list for Sunday for varying reasons. Ogelsby or something a couple years ago had like 8 TDs in the first half or something. Last fantasy points he scored. Let's not forget Laurent Robinson. 850 yards and 11 TDs one year with the Cowboys. Jags signed him to a big contract. He sucked, then got his brain scrambled by concussions, and was out of the league the next year.

Bobbyn2022 53 Posted September 11, 2015 I think you still might have a chance to get Lewis. He could have had a bigger game if he didn't fumble and if Brady would have hit him on that pass out the backfield. He mad a bunch of guys miss today and looks like a better version of vereen. Looked tuff running up the middle.

Flgatorguy87 160 Posted September 11, 2015 He will more than likely play the Vareen role when Blount returns. He looked like a better runner between the tackles than Vareen, but that's just me.
Frozenbeernuts 1,652 Posted September 11, 2015 Dion Lewis looked solid, but when he gets smoked by a 250 lb LB he may not last so long in the middle. Never trust the Pats rb situation. Blount comes back next week, plus Lewis did fumble. Major no no, especially when the balls are a little deflated.

BLS 312 Posted September 11, 2015 James Jones. Jones had 1200/12 when he last played with the Packers (2 years ago). Cobb's shoulder injury will limit him and he'll likely get plenty of defensive attention. Rodgers has a rapport with Jones and I think it may be an easy pitch and catch RZ-fest in Chicago. rallo 132 Posted September 11, 2015 Shorts III... both because of volume and an upgrade at QB. Andre Johnson averaged 10tgts/ gm over the past 3 years, and Shorts III was hovering around the 7.5 mark with a catch % of 50%. I think being slated as the team's #2WR will benefit him greatly in catch% mark, and i look for him to increase his targets per game slightly. He could be in for a career year if he stays healthy could be looking around 140 targets 77receptions 1025 yards with 5-8TDs. This week could be his coming out party with a VERY young KC secondary. The combo of Gaines and Peters only has 4 PDs total in their career. I look for Gaines to get safety help on Hopkins with Shorts III drawing the rookie Peters who is very talented, but may need some time to adjust to game speed. I look for Hoyer to pick on the rookie a bit in short-intermediate route, and could see shorts III ending up with 7 rec 90ish yards.... maybe a TD.
TennisMenace 156 Posted September 12, 2015 What guy(s) who are barely owned will have ff owners salivating all over themselves and spending their annual waiver allotment to grab? I would guess: Phillip Dorsett or Brandon Coleman (or Frisman Jackson) Phil Dorsett is out in week one and uncertain if he will play in week 2. His injury may linger. I doubt they need to rush him back with Andre Johnson and Ty Hilton around as well as Moncrief, last year's tease.
