Anyone on the Brandon Lafell wagon?

I'm thinking of cutting The Hank for him, but I'm not sure he will take off where he left last year. He is available to play week 7, so if interested, you might want to make a move now. What do you guys think?

i grabbed him in the one league my team is weaker in. Antonio Brown and Brandin Cooks looked like a greta 1-2 punch on draft day, not so much now. Need either Martavis Bryant or LaFell to pan out. Will probably need to trade Bryant so I'm not sporting the 1-2 WR punch in Pittsburgh AND Roethlisberger.

Last season did they have less mouths to feed? I think they did but am drinking heavily so can't recall.

 

I know I am not picking him up since I think after Gronk, Dion, Edelman that you have limited remaining opportunities. If I had time I would check how many snaps and targets the WRs are getting and assume Lafell would get most snaps to extrapolate his available targets.

last year 7 tds regular season and 60yds a game-12 team league he should get a few spot starts

Picked him up for 5% last week, figured it is better to own him and sit him on my bench than let someone else in the league have him blow up on their roster (my current crop of WRs is pretty amazing).

Some guy they just acquired from Houston appeared to play significant minutes against the 'Boys. You better believe they'll put LaFell out there instead unless he spent the whole break at all you can eat buffets with Eddie Lacy.

I'm contemplating picking him up but I don't want to cut Coleman or Hank to get him, so I'm not doing anything for now. Maybe if Hank gets injured tonight I may try to pick him up tomorrow and cut Hillman or Jstew instead-so we will see.

Lafell is a GREAT pickup. Patriots are firing on all cylinders. Brady is having a CAREER year. The only thing the Pats don't have right now is a deep threat, well LaFell was exactly that last year.
