I understand that you're in a PPR, so if there is some stat out there showing that one of these teams is terrible defending the screen/dump-off plays to the RBs then that will change my answer, but the simple answer is to go with West. Hes a hard runner so there is a chance you will see him limp of the field again. If they are far enough ahead they could play it safe with him. As for West, he has another week to shine. I actually think that if West gets 20+ touches he's the best bet in PPR. I like Ivory next.
