Beer- I don't really care much. Prefer a wheat beer like a heiffeveisen.

 

Liquor - an old fashioned I think the bar tender is capable of making a decent one. Jack and ginger ale with a lime if not.

 

Wine- reds I prefer Merlots or pinos to cabs. Whites I like reislings or gurtzwameiner.

Beer: Guinness or Bass Ale

in summer, Landshark

 

Liquor: scotch

if there isn't any "good" scotch on the shelf, Jameson or Johnnie Walker Black will work.
