CJ Anderson next year?

Recommended Posts

Just from watching the past 4 or so weeks he looks much better. If Brock is the QB going into the season next year they will most defiantly be a more run oriented team. You can probably snag him in the 7/8th round. Could be a nice pick up for next season.. Sorry just trying to be proactive here!

I never say I will never draft a player, never use DND, buuuuut, he will be one of those players that's so far down my draft list that there will most likely be someone else more willing to take him at whatever cost well before he falls to the cost level where I'd take him. DNT: Do Not Trust.

Hill is a guy I am going to take a close look at this off season .

Can you be more specific? I can keep him for an 8th and thought about throwing him back in the pool

CJ is DND. Hill I feel has major sleeper potential and will slip in drafts. Could be a steal for wr wr drafters in rnd 3.

Yeah I would keep without question for a eighth round pick . Agree with the post above his stock will come down and he should be a good value pick next season .

CJ "Kincad" Anderson (he looks exactly like the black guy in Nightmare on Elm Street 3/4) should be avoided at all costs.

Kubiak Shananagans

None of those RBs are good. Look for them to draft their future or splash in free agency

Don't do it. If you want, draft one of the backups as a flyer towards the end of your draft. Oft-injured with no role security? He basically needs a 40-yard td to have a good game. I'm out. Scoop him for cheap by November or something.

I drafted him in the 2nd after he 'fell' to me. I kept him and hillman all year. Boo. I absolutely never got points from either guy in my lineup. I continuously started the wrong one. They'd both score double digits when I benched them both. Boo. Tim Hightower could've been my playoff dream rb. But no.

I also will consider drafting CJ next year. Although I don't like how dinged up he seems to get in the right situation he has steal potential. There were plenty of people talking about how they would never draft a dud like Doug Martin, J Stewart or Chis Ivory. If you are going WR/WR looking for a 5/6 round RB lotto ticket he seems like he is worth a shot.

CJA is a different/lower-level talent than Ivory or Douglas.

Doug Martin was/is an obviously high end talent. He was caught up in drive-killer qb situations, coaching/Tampa is a dumpster fire issues, and his own freak injury/weight problems. That shoulder injury that took him out in his 2nd year was super random. And he got hurt in preseason and was never right that year.

However, Simms showed up last year and was threatening to put him off the team/out of the league and it woke him up. Sure, preseason spryness can often prove to be fool's gold. But Martin looked GOOD this past August. And in-shape. And Lovie is terrible at a lot of things, but he can make it hard for a qb to ruin drives. And Crab Legs is an adult qb even if he's a terrifyingly questionable cat off-field. Little did Lovie know...his pass-catchers can't catch. Otherwise, Martin coulda been even more grand this year.

Cja got outplayed by Hillman in preseason. Peyton fell off a cliff physically the last month of last season and he's super old. There were rumors of Kub and the old man not being on the same page about the offense.

Aka there's info available on some of these guys to make the draft decisions we're all making less risky...sometimes. It's just a matter of what scares you off of a player and what doesn't.

What I noticed from CJ this year is that if he's slightly hurt he's useless. He can't play through injury effectively. DND.

Hill is an average talent. Not worth round 3 unless he is getting 20 carries
